Music Lessons is an exploration of what came after losing a husband and dear friend; how music became a path from grief into possibility. After the sudden death of her husband, Wayne, Patricia Smith began piano lessons with Wayne’s old friend and piano teacher, Paul Finley. Patricia reads her essay about this journey while Paul plays. The two make their way in a weave of story and music.
